Area of application
The general terms and conditions apply on all business sales from Nancy's Silver Jewelry and include the shipment and payment of goods to the European Union and internationally.
Shipment
All our products are delivered by the postal service and we do not offer the possibility to pick up parcels at our location. For shipping the products, we charge our customers the following shipping costs, determined by the destination location.The shipping costs include packaging costs and insurance shipping fee. Possible import taxes or tariffs are not included and have to be paid by the customer.

International: 9,65 Euro
Payment terms and methods
We offer our customers the following payment methods:
- Payment with PayPal (Credit/Debit cards)
- Bank transfer up-front (Austrian bank account)
We do not charge you any extra fee for paying with credit card or PayPal! Your order is delivered right after we receive your money or the confirmation of your payment.
Please consider that transaction fees from bank transfers must be paid by the customer. At the same time, we want to point out SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) which makes bank transfers within the European Union cheaper. Please use the provided IBAN and BIC information for making a SEPA transaction. If the customer chooses the bank transfer method as payment method, we start delivering the product immediately after we receive the money on our bank account.
Acceptance of orders
We preserve us the right to not accept orders. If an order is accepted by Nancy's Silver Jewelry or is in the free will of our company. If we do not accept an order, we will immediately inform the customer.
Our online shop is not accepting orders from customers which have not reached the legal age of 18. An order of products is not a legal binding contract. The contract will be valid with the delivery of our products.
If not otherwise state, all our articles are sent as they are and we do not include any decoration or other items, which are displayed on our product pictures.
Transportation damage
If delivered parcels or products are damaged or any content is missing, the customer is required to immediately contact and inform us about the damage. In case of receiving a damaged product, please inform us via e-mail under contact@nancys-silver-jewelry.com so that we are able to initiate liability claims against our transportation partner.
Reservation of property rights
All our goods are the property of the shop owner till the products are paid by the customer.
Right of return
You are able to send delivered products back to us without providing cause within two weeks through sending the products back to our address. The deadline starts after getting this instructions in text form (e.g. as letter, e-mail or fax), but not before the arrival of the goods at the provided shipping address of the customer and not before completion of our information duty according ¤ 312 c Abs. 2 BGB i.V.m. ¤ 1 Abs. 1, 2 and 4 BGB - InfoV and our duties according ¤ 312 e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB i.V.m. ¤ 3 BGB - InfoV. In case of return, for protection of the customers right of return, the customer has to send back the products before the deadline to the following address:

Implications of return
In case of an effective return must the on both sides delivered services reimbursed, and the in case used usage the advantages also provided back. If the products are damaged, the owner of the product is allowed to claim compensation. The claimed compensation must be paid within 30 days by the returner of the product. The deadline for reimbursement of products and the paid amount of money starts for the returner with the date of sending back the product and for the online shop operator with the date of receiving the product.
Data privacy and creditor protection
All personal data are handled with utmost care to protect the personal privacy. The provided customer data are only used for fulfilling the order, including shipping and payment. If necessary, your data will be submitted to our partner organizations or other service providers for the use of fulfillment of your order.
Data privacy - Cookies and other marking elements
To be able to present you our offer in the most convenient way for our customers, we use cookies in our online shop. Cookies are small text files which are used to identify if a user of our online shop is a returning user. In this process, no personal data is saved, including for e.g. your Name, Address or any other information. The user cannot be identified through the cookies. We would like to inform you as our customer about new trends or new offers. Naturally, we are protecting your data privacy and only send our information or newsletters to your provided address if you want this. You have at any time the chance to disable this service of us with a short information sent to contact@nancys-silver-jewelry.com and we will delete your data from our update list.
