All our products are delivered by the postal service and we do not offer the possibility to pick up parcels at our location. For shipping the products, we charge our customers the following shipping costs, determined by the destination location.The shipping costs include packaging costs and insurance shipping fee. Possible import taxes or tariffs are not included and have to be paid by the customer.

Austria: 3.95 Euro - Letter registered - 1-2 days
European Union: 4.95 Euro - Letter registered priority - 2-4 days
International: 9.95 Euro - Letter registered priority - 3-7 days
Transportation damage
If delivered parcels or products are damaged or any content is missing, the customer is required to immediately contact and inform us about the damage. In case of receiving a damaged product, please inform us via e-mail under contact@nancys-silver-jewelry.com so that we are able to initiate liability claims against our transportation partner.
Right of return
You are able to send delivered products back to us without providing cause within two weeks through sending the products back to our address. The deadline starts after getting this instructions in text form (e.g. as letter, e-mail or fax), but not before the arrival of the goods at the provided shipping address of the customer and not before completion of our information duty according ¤ 312 c Abs. 2 BGB i.V.m. ¤ 1 Abs. 1, 2 and 4 BGB - InfoV and our duties according ¤ 312 e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB i.V.m. ¤ 3 BGB - InfoV. In case of return, for protection of the customers right of return, the customer has to send back the products before the deadline to the following address:

Implications of return
In case of an effective return must the on both sides delivered services reimbursed, and the in case used usage the advantages also provided back. If the products are damaged, the owner of the product is allowed to claim compensation. The claimed compensation must be paid within 30 days by the returner of the product. The deadline for reimbursement of products and the paid amount of money starts for the returner with the date of sending back the product and for the online shop operator with the date of receiving the product.
